Croissants or Moroccan pancakes (depending on the day).
Eggs cooked to order – fried, boiled, scrambled or omelette.
Freshly squeezed orange juice or fruit of the season.
Mint tea, black tea, hot chocolate or coffee.
Breakfast is typically served by Maison Africa’s housekeeper between 0800 and 1000 in the Grande Salon or Courtyard.
