The majority of ingredients are fresh products. All meat, vegetables and fruit are purchased directly from sellers in nearby Ryad Laarouss as part of our responsible tourism ethos in support of the local community. Local spices are of course available in abundance in Morocco and add real flavour to our meals.

Tajine Berber – vegetables with choice of meat or chicken.
Tajine with chicken and lemon.
Tajine with fish and vegetables.
Tajine with home cooked beef with prunes and sesame.
Tajine with minced beef (kefta) and eggs.
Couscous with choice of beef or chicken.
*Tanjia (succulent beef cooked in a pot in ashes in a public hammam for 6 hours)

£17 (€20, US$27 or 220 dirhams) per person - choice of one entrée, one main course and one dessert per group.
*£23 (€28, US$37 or 295 dirhams) per person - choice of one entrée, Tanjia and one dessert per group. Minimum 2 people.
A choice of soft drinks, mineral or sparkling water, beers and wine are available on request at additional cost.
